Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Quraishy Pay mobile application and web console. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Quraishy Pay lets approved accounts buy mobile airtime for Afghan mobile networks and distribute prepaid credit through a supervised hierarchy of owners, wholesalers and customers. Credit inside the platform is a prepaid balance for buying recharges; it is not a bank deposit and pays no interest.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details.
- Accounts are created or approved by the owner or by the wholesaler above you.
- You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN and device secure.
- Any activity carried out with your credentials is treated as your own.
3. Credit, transfers and recharges
- Credit is issued by the account above you in the hierarchy and is recorded in an immutable ledger.
- A transaction PIN is required for credit transfers and recharges.
- You must confirm the destination phone number and mobile operator before submitting. A recharge delivered to a number you entered cannot be reversed.
- Transfers may be subject to per-transaction and daily limits set by your supervisor.
4. Pricing and settlement
Prices, commissions and settlement terms are agreed between you and the account that supplies your credit. Quraishy Pay records these movements but does not act as a party to offline cash settlement between accounts.
5. Failed or pending transactions
When a recharge fails at the mobile operator, the reserved amount is released back to your balance. Orders that stay pending are reviewed by operations and resolved as successful or failed. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
6. Acceptable use
- No fraudulent, money-laundering, or otherwise unlawful use of the platform.
- No resale or sharing of account access with third parties.
- No attempt to bypass limits, tamper with the app, or access data belonging to other accounts.
7. Suspension and termination
Your wholesaler or the platform owner may suspend or close an account for suspected fraud, unpaid settlement, breach of these terms, or at the request of an authority. On closure, remaining balances are reconciled with the account that supplied your credit.
8. Availability and liability
The service depends on mobile network operators and internet connectivity, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected transaction.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Kabul.
