Getting started
Tap Get started, enter your full name, Afghan mobile number and email, then choose a password of at least 8 characters and a 4-digit transaction PIN. Your account is ready as soon as you confirm.
Security
Open Account security, choose Two-factor authentication, scan the QR code with Google Authenticator and enter the 6-digit code. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Payments
The most common reasons are an insufficient balance, a wrong number, or the network operator rejecting the request. Any reserved amount is released back to your balance automatically.
Account & login
Open Account security and use Change password. You will be asked for your current password, and for a 6-digit code if two-factor authentication is on.
Withdrawals & payouts
Most payouts are processed on the next working day. Bank holidays and additional verification can extend this.
API & developers
We send a signed HTTPS request to your endpoint on every status change. Verify the signature before trusting the payload, and reply quickly with a 2xx response.
